I know this is kind of a weird question but I have really good tweets & I just want more followers! So if you know anyways i can get more followers without paying or without following a ton of people please tell me!!!! I will appreciate it

There is no way. You can't force more people to follow you. That's why I deleted my Twitter. It's useless for socializing.
