technically, any hematologist should, but the truth is that many are not skilled in this area.
try asking on the sickle cell foundation facebook page.
also, do you know St Jude's childrens research hospital actually is in the fore front of treatment.....you can always call them and see if they can give you info or a referral

Unfortunately I do not live in the area, but I suggest asking for a reference from your primary care physician.
