My cousin is only fifteen and he was out at a friends house the other night and was smoking weed and drinking liquor and I guess he was stupid enough to post about the affair on Facebook and someone's parent's found out and plan on telling the school, so in the state of Colorado, what will become of him if the school is contacted?

I really don't think can do anything but I heard of police arresting ppl for posting driving drunk on fb
