Ive noticed on some profiles when you open them, it comes up with their info not their wall. How do you set your facebook page like that?

Unfortunately, that's not possible for your friends. When non-friends view your page, they'll see your info tab but nothing else on some settings.
You could try emailing the Facebook developers at developers-help@facebook.com .

See it all depends on privacy setting just set all those things private whom you don't want to show others.
