The info and pic you see to the left are yours..members of the group will see their info and pic there, not yours.
Its a default setting..
To change the photo the group see - hover your mouse at the top of your group page and to the right you will see a small icon click this to choose the cover photo..this is the groups profile photo,you dont have an actual profile photo.

Hover your mouse over your profile picture while you are on your timeline. It should show you an option to change or edit your profile picture. You can change the picture from there & upload another one from your computer.
If you are doing Facebook from phone then go to your profile setting & see if you find any option to change the photo from there. If you cannot find it, that means you cannot do it form your phone.
