I have a payment from Facebook being sent, but there is an issue with the payment. Facebook are resolving it on their end, but I would like to contact the bank for information on the wire transfer. I have all the reference numbers for the transfer that Facebook gave me from their bank, but their department is closed until Wednesday so I can't ask them.
Anyone know what bank they use? Is it JP Morgan?
@floppity I do not want information on the account holder/business. I want information regarding the wire transfer made to my account.
A trace was placed on the transfer which confirms it is in the UK. I've contacted my bank with all the reference numbers given by Facebook and my bank are idiots that don't know how to use the numbers.
So I want to contact their bank and just ask them to contact my bank on my behalf to discuss with them. Otherwise the payment is lost in the system.
The Facebook team have been very helpful thus far, but they're not available till Wednesday and I would like to try to resolve this.

You can't call their bank, you call your bank. Their bank wouldn't be able to tell you a single thing about any one of their customers.
