Trying to close an old account...want to save contacts & some emails from it...need to move them to new account...is this possible? if so How?

Hi,
a) MOVING CONTACTS from an OLD MAIL account to NEW MAIL account::
* Open your new Yahoo account, click on the "Contacts" in the left pane (11th option from Compose); Make sure you are on "ALL CONTACTS" page;
* To your right, you can see "Import Contacts" along with other options. Click on it;
* You will get options to import the contacts from Facebook / Gmail / Yahoo / File Upload;
* Select "IMPORT FROM YAHOO";
* You will be asked to enter the e-mail address & password to that account;
* After entering those, click on IMPORT;
* You will see a dialogue box saying how many contacts are imported;
* Click on DONE or VIEW CONTACTS.
You are all set with importing the Contacts from your old account.

b) SAVED EMAILS:: You will have to FORWARD your emails one by one to your New Account. It is not possible to Export / Import emails or forward more than 1 email at a time.
