Air-tel to disconnect users inactive for 60 days
please help it's another way to confirm or recover my facebook account?

It depends on facebook.otherwise there is noother way to confirm your account.so start a new account

There is No Other Way to Confirm your Account you have to Complete One of the 2 Options Shown in the Picture

Sorry but there isn't any other way to recover or confirm it without completing the steps.
All you can do is make a new account.
