go onto a friends profile that has the new facebook and on the top right of the profile it says get timeline, click on that.

there is nothing changes in fb sign up u have to fill require block that are shown in the website .for creating in face book account u have to in http://www.facebook.com

You can change privacy settings on individual items to control who has access. You might want to narrow embarrassing photos to your closest friends or delete some posts completely, or at least hide them so only you can see them.
