It looks as if the person doesn't have a profile picture and I cannot click on their name through my family listing. What does that mean?

It means that they don't have a fb profile, or if they do have a fb profile it can mean you may have spelt the name wrong so it is coming up as a non-existant fb profile. You can check if they have one my name searching them and then adding them. If they are on fb then it should come up that you are able to click on the name.. if not then you cant

It Means They Either Blocked you or They Have Deactivated There Account
To Test it Ask Someone to Try to Look Up There Profile if They Can Than you Been Blocked if They Cant Than They Deactivated There Account
