I don't think blogger allows you to embed apps. It's a bit limited, it's not like a website or CMS like wordpress or Drupal. I'd advise to learn Wordpress and go that route as you'll have more flexibility to add facebook apps or twitter feeds. If you are needing fans or followers the link below can help you with that.
