is there an appliciation or another way, where you can see, or tell whos been looking at your facebook profile page???

no, there is no way of knowing. it is part of facebook's privacy policy to never allow anyone to know who is looking at their page.
there was a theory that you could click in the search bar and then press the down key twice and the list of people who searched for you most often would come up but that was a myth and that never worked.
if you're worried about security you can make your profile private (only for friends to see).

no there's no way.
there used to be an application but then it turned out it was a fraud so it was deleted.
