1) Go to the official Twitter site
2) Create an account. Make sure the name says, "JohnSmithAnonymous#" # = Whatever number you want it to be and as high of a number you want it to be.
3) Add that celebrity

Why do you want to be anonymous when you add someone on Twitter? You really can't. When you add someone on Twitter the other party will be given a notification on who is adding them and will clearly show your account name.

You can't "Add" a person on Twitter. But you could follow them . And even if you do follow them , it won't be anonymous.

You cant add someone on twitter, you follow them and its not usually mutual. There's no way of doing this anonymously but if the celebrity is famous they won't care or know much if you follow them or not
