You cannot see that information, it is against facebook's privacy policy to reveal it. Any application that promises that is deceiving you.

in the facebook chat you type this to the person that you wanna know if is viewing your profile: Are you viewing my profile?

who ever said that there is no such app.. is wrong , i 4got the link to the app but it told u how many visits you had on ur profile and only showed the top snooper (person who views ur pro the most) and not every single person
