I need opinions from other people about what you think some technology trends are in today's society? For example, someone had mentioned the increasing use of the Cloud.
Any ideas?

People illegally downloading music rather then buying on iTunes, people downloading digitally rather then buying CDs/DVDs, people using tablets more rather then computers, competitive social networking sites being used as well as Facebook like Twitter, Instagram, tumblr & snap chat, YouTube now has over 1 billion users each month, internet shopping being more frequently used, iBooks being used rather then actual real books, people google to find things out rather then using dictionary's, atlases and thesauruses, google translate is more commonly being used instead of languages dictionaries, FaceTime and Skype being used rather then calling people up, mobiles much more used then landline phones, texting is generally preferred then calling, food can now be ordered online and you can now book things online and people do it more often like tables in restaurants and hairdressing appointments. Also meetings are being done over Skype rather then going to work, people are able to work from home much more often, you can sell things easily over internet like on auto trader and eBay rather then advertising in newspapers, pets are being sold frequently online rather then advertisement, Dominos pizza and McDonalds now do online delivery which people are commonly using and people are using computers/tablets/laptops more often rather then televisions to watch programmes.
