I can only speak for the US market - around $40-$50 USD if in perfect condition with the Sony remote.
People just don't want those sets anymore, unless they simply need a large screen on a super tight budget. With DLP sets coming way down in used market value (effectively the replacement to CRT rear projection), that has really killed the value of them.
