The new instagram follow limit said you had to have over 7.5k followers to follower over 7.5k and I have 8,046 followers but instagram still will not let me follow over 7.5k? What's wrong? Is there a glitch? How long do you think it will take to get fixed?

Instagram sucks! it's just a rip-off of dailybooth but with "old style" filters.
