I'm against "cheating" and "bots". I don't know about bots and not interested in cheating
Said that, let's start with Facebook. Just start being fiends with your friends and family. Facebook will give you more and more users, contacta of your friends and family so just keep "making friends" and in a very short time you'll build us a huge number of friends.
Twitter is somewhat more complicated but there are lots of people who follow anyone who follows and they retwit users who follow so others too will foolow and be followed.
You might get lot's of followers from arabic countries, the Phillipines, Indonesia etc. twitting in strange characters and ininelligible languages.
Just input "follow" in Twitter's search. Don't follow too many users at once because TWITTER might ban you for spamming
Instagram is more or less the same as Twitter.
Now, Youtube and your Webpage is somewhat more complicated. You need to post somethiing more or less interstin stuff to call the attention of people, both on Youtube and your webpage, and start mentioning your material in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube and Webpage.
Don't publish illegal stuff on youtube because it will be removed and you'll be banned. Also, your webpage might be closed down if you use it for illegal purpose and you'll be banned to open a new page on that server or webspace.
Finally, a personal comment: Do you really need many followers just to showw off with numbers or followers who are realy interested in what you might publicate?
