I got a brand new iPhone 4S yesterday, and I downloaded instagram but when I try to share screen shot photos, or any photos on instagram when I mark the picture and hit share, all the apps I can share photos on ECCEPT instagram show up. How can I fix this to where I can successfully share photos on instagram??

When you click share it automatically saves it on instagram, so you don't need to manually 'share' it for instagram. it then also offers for you to share it through other apps (ie on facebook etc)
