Why are you taking Mike Lee's word for anything? What does it mean, "unelected bureaucrats"? Sounds like BS to me; legislation goes through the LEGISLATURE. I am more confounded by the tiny output of the ELECTED bureaucrats---it's their JOB! If Mike Lee and the rest of Congress are allowing this kind of alleged behavior, they're not doing their job, but since there is no context, no explanation and no sense to his allegation, I call BS!
