Go type in the facebook search " facebook timeline" or something similar. Then on the page it will say "activate timeline" click and then go from there.

clear your cache and cookies, log back in, and then go here

then click the green button at the bottom
you can go here to learn how to set it up

if you dont see the button, try a different browser - if that doesnt work either, that means you just have to wait for it
