Okay so i forgot the email i used for my instagram account and instagram logged me out because to many of my friends new my password does anyone no how i could get it back i already went to the instagram help center I DONT NO THE EMAIL SO I CANT CLICK WITCH SERVICE I USED it was just a random email i used but theres important pictures in there that i need to get back so i cant just make a new one

Go to your friends' instagram and save your photos.
