A close friend of mine made a mean facebook fan page about a teacher two years ago, and the teacher found it recently and is threatening to go to the police. The fan page said "Mr. _______ sucks d*ck" . Is this indeed illegal?

yes it would be considered cyber bullying

On Facebook's rules (Terms, located at the bottom of the website), it states in 'Safety' ...'You will not post content that: is hateful, threatening...'
And considering Cyberbullying is now against the law, and the police are to be invovled, it is illegal.
It breaks, Facebook and the Nation's law.
