I created a facebook page, so if someone likes (that Im not freinds wtih )and then I post a picture from that page will that picture pop up on there newsfeed.?

Yeah, if you like a page, everything you post with go on whoever it is that liked the page's newsfeed.

Yes sure once anyone's like your facebook page its updates gets reflects on that user's wall
