talk to him. If women always wait for the guy to say something, they end up missing out. Also if someone in the comments writes "dress slutty" please ignore.

Dress really nice and flirt with him in the beginning to get him talking to you.

Show him you're interested. Smile at him, and maybe even wink. Walk with confidence, but not arrogance. Follow him on Instagram, Twitter, ect. Talk to his friends. Compliment him in passing, even if it's something simple like, "Hey, that Star Wars shirt is pretty legit. I'm also a fan."

KEEP CALM
All you have to do is
-always look/dress nice and beautiful
- also wear lil make up as well
- Pretend that you don't see him
- whine your hips while you walk
- walk past him a few times with your friends or while talking on the phone
-when your near to him talk a little loud but not to much or you'll scare hm
-when you talk in a smooth kind sexy voice
-ALWAYS have high self esteem when your around him or his friends
