No, only some people who talk too much. I hate it when I'm having a conversation with someone and they talk so much and never give me a chance to say anything, and if I start talking when they pause, they start talking over me. These people are uninteresting.

Sometimes. But the only ones that I do find interesting are those that are not afraid to be themselves. Those people are the most interesting.
