So a while back I made a facebook page and just after 2 likes I was able to make a custom url. I just made another page and I cannot get a custom url. I thought they removed the 25 fan thing? Any idea how many likes I need to make my custom url this is dumb.

I would say that you can't get more likes via editing the custom URL... That doesn't make the Facebook page very special.. You might want to decorate your page with very interesting feature.. This way, you are able to get people's attention to add you! Also invite your friends to give you more likes! Don't forget to make good comments/posts!
