Well it's not possible officially and I recommend you not to install 3rd party applications.

there is one app on facebook called "my top fans". it just tells you who views/comments on your stuff a lot

You can't do that. You can't check who is viewing your profile.

Facebook doesn't allow people to track who views their profiles. Facebook applications, on the other hand, are unable to track anybody unless they have the consent of the viewer.
