When I click on somebody's profile their pictures don't show up like they used to. Is that a new feature or is my Instagram broken?

It's probably a bug. Just reboot/reinstall the app or double click the home button and remove it from multitasking.

Instagram is broken! Well they had technical difficulties and they are having problems with it I hope it comes back to normal soon!!

I guess that instagram server is being hampered or its being under development so that's why this problem is there as even my instagram is being weird since an hour.
