Hi I have a instagram account and it has 3.3K and one day I tried to log into it and it said this.
To secure you account we have reset your password. Please tap Forgot Password below and follow the instructions to access your account.
Is there anyway I could get it back? I've pressed reset password it said that it sent me an email but the email wasnt showing up.
I know my email I used to create it
The password to my email
My instagram name
My instagram password but i really want to know how to get it back because I'm only allowed one account and one email PLEASE HELP!!!!

Just make another account 3k isn't that much haha I have 11k
