Log in to your FB account and then follow this link:
Change settings

Click on your picture and select change it. or open your profile in edit mode and upload new image.

To add a profile picture or change your current profile picture:
1. Go to your timeline and mouse over your profile picture
2. Click on the (pencil icon) to edit your picture
3. Choose whether you want to:
3.a Pick a photo you already uploaded to Facebook
3.b Take a new photo (using your computer's webcam)
3.c Upload a new photo
3.d Edit your thumbnail
3.e Remove your current photo
