I accidently pressed 'delete and block' on my windows live mail email on a notification email from facebook. I found how to remove email adresses off the list of blocked adresses but I dont know the adress that facebook send the emails from to remove it off of that list. Please help me! x

Mine come from notification+yy4rnbn@facebookmail.com
The yy4rnbn looks like some sort of identifier to me, and so may be different for you. The rest however should match.
