I sent a guy a message on Facebook
Ten minuted later I looked and I could have sworn it said 'read'
I looked again, another ten minutes later and it was still unread!
Did he in some way read it and then mark as unread? I didn't think this was possible! I could have sworn I saw he'd read it. Maybe I imagined it

Possibly if you Saw the Seen as And than The Time Than If it Went Away Later on Than He Marked the Message as Unread Even Tho He Read it

Yes it is possible to mark a message as unread it's mainly listed for people with iPhone. But if he marked it unread just move on.

yes, it is possible. There is an archive and mark as unread option.
so, even after he's read the message, it is possible to mark it unread.
