I have an alcatel 20.05 mobile from 02 pay and go brought from 02 online week ago.
I am using a giffgaff sim and can only get on facebook using the browser that does not work properly and has problems with trusting the server ?.
I tried the one touch update suggested by the instructions connected to a pc.
I says press star key for long ?? I press it nothing happens.
I have not got a micro sd card so all I can think is it could be its not got that or its not got an 02 sim in.
I cant seem find anything about updating it online that's in English and 02 didn't help one bit plus giffgaff was no help either.
