there a way to stop notifications on Facebook? or is just dont write on people page and click button or is there way to stop because i get other ppl friends i am not friend with in my notifications after me and i check everything off in my account notifications

Just click that and you're unsubscribed!

Stop "liking" pages and groups, etc. They always have something to spam or post, which pops up as notification, so just unsubscribe. And if you "like" or "comment" on a status or anything at all, don't. Because other people will follow along and comment, like, etc. So just don't comment or like at all.
