Search new facebook profile and it takes you to a page where it introduces the new profile. Then you can click "I want the new profile".

You go to your wall which will be your current profile and scrool ALL the way to the bottom. Then you'll see to the right of your screen links like these (About · Advertising · Developers · Careers · Privacy · Terms · Help) click help and type in new profile theme or how to get it and a link will pop up.
