no they wont be notified, they only get a notification if you commented on the pic

No they would not get any such notifications but remember, if you had add your any friend as Closed friend, then that friend can optimize your each and every activity that relate with him/her.

If they are online, yes. But if you act with lighting speed, maybe they won't notice.
