I tried much to know on google and on facebook help centre but didn't get cleared.Do I have to send a number from mobile to activate facebook.If yes,then which number.I m from India

Log onto Facebook
Go to your account settings
Go to notifications (on the side tab)
Enter your mobile number
You will receive a confirmation code
Type that in on Facebook
Then you can decide what notifications you want to receive from that website
Make sure to save it!
