Ok so me and this guy had oral sex but I later on found out he has a gf through twitter. He asked me for sex I said no so he stopped texting to me. I am debating if I should go to his school and tell his gf or text him and tell him that I know he has a gf

Why not just ignoring him and getting on with your life. Hopefully you learned something from this experience.

If you seek revenge then he will know that you care enough to cause him harm. In the end it may make you feel good temporarily but in the long run you still are going to feel used. It will not resolve anything

Here's what you do:
Go to his house while he's out, say you forgot something to his parents and go to his room. Find his condoms, and smear chilli sauce on the insides of them. Next time he uses them...
And then, the next time you see him, just say "Where's the fire?"

Deal with it and move on!
Revenge isn't worth it. Learn a lesson and appreciate that you found out now that he has a girlfriend rather than further down the line.
