I read that I must be an official representative but how do I become one?

Be signed out of Facebook and go to Facebook.com
Here you will see where you can login at the top, and where you can sign up at the bottom.
Under the sign up form, there will be something that says "Create a Page for a celebrity, band or business."
Click CREATE and go through the steps from there.
