The same thing happened to me but its really easy and you don't have to use email or Facebook. Just try hacking your own account. Go to the website http://www.instahack.com. All you have to do is type in your username and complete a free form to see your password.

Same thing happened to me on Thursday! Now I can't get on my instagram and it is so frustrated! I really need help because I DO NOT want to start my instagram over.
