I still have the old one, but I want the new one. It isn't on people's profiles who now have the new profile... Is there a way to change it?

Go to someone who has the New Profile and somewhere on their page it should say "This guy has the new profile! Do you wanna upgrade to the new profile also!?" And click yes.
