Facebook all the way! I think it's safer, but I can't judge because I don't have a twitter account. My friend said facebook was better so I got that instead.

Facebook. Twiitter only allows you to pretty much just post status updates and follow people. Facebook allows you to do much more you can chat and meessage and people can't really creep on you if everything is private and their not your friend
