I can't hide my join date from my profile? - SBM - 04-06-2014 08:53 PM

When I press "VIEW AS TO PUBLIC", JOin Date is displayed there. Friends cannot see it, only Public..

And I can't remove it. Where is it and where can I find it... It's not born.. It's join date..

It's not on the timeline either

You can hide your join date from the public, but you have to do it twice. Since you've already hidden it once, follow the steps below. IMPORTANT: Your FB account must have a bit of activity in it so that the "Highlights" tab shows up at the top of the page. It won't show up if you just joined or you just have one or two activities.

1. Go to your Timeline and scroll all the way down until you see "Highlights" up top. The bar should look like this: Your Name>Timeline>Year>Highlights
2. Click the down arrow next to "Highlights" and click "All Stories." Wait for the page to load all the stories. Might take a while if you have a lot of activity.
3. Scroll all the way down again ("Born on" is the last entry) and scroll up a bit until you see your join date.
4. Now click the pencil icon and "Hide" the story for the second time.
