I Have A Youtube Channel (Of Course) And I Film And Edit My Videos Using iMovie. I Film Them At 1080p And Export/Save Them As 1080p But, When Ive Uploaded The Video To Youtube And Go To The Link And Change The Quality, The Max Is 720p Even Though The Video Is 1080p. I Was Wondering If Theres Something Going Wrong When I Export/Save The Videos or Theres Something Wrong With Youtube.

Read this guide it seems to be linked to bit rate and preferred format if the bit rate is too low YT will down scale it to 720P.

Well iMovie isn't exactly the industry standard for video editing so it's a bit hit and miss. Try a trial of Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
