I haven't got a twitter account yet,but I may make one soon and I was wondering if your followers or the people who you are following are shown in any specific order.

If you're reading them from top to bottom, it shows you your latest followers.
For example:
@Adam
@Sam
@Julia
@Adam would be your latest follower.
