Just ran into a Facebook app called " Profile Watcher ".. It claims to notify you every time someone visits your profile >> [ Mark Bishop has just visited your profile ]
and it says that you need at least 10 friends for the app to work..
Do you think it's legit?

DO NOT download this. It's a rogue app. Facebook has said on numerous occasions that they will never allow anyone to see who viewed their profile as it not only goes against Facebook's privacy policy, but is also against both US and EU privacy laws
This is a scam to get you and your friends to sign up and you will be spammed
