add popular tags # to your pictures.
there is an app that is called "tagsforlikes" in the market place or app store
IS AWESOME just look for the category you want on you pic like if the pic is about you click on social/people and click on girl and then just copy the tags and paste them.
you will get like 30+ likes and maybe it will get you more followers.

Following is About The Only Way to Get More Followers Follow People and They May Follow you Back there is no Real Trick to this
Dont Ask People on here to Follow you as thats Against the Rules Considered Soliciting Someone May Report your Question and it may Get Deleted and your Points May Get Taken Away

just use lots of popular hashtags on your photos, follow others and connect your account to twitter,facebook etc
