I have created group called "Friends" in Facebook. Till now, whenever a member did any activity like post, like or comment automatically updated on group banner photo. For few days, some members' images are fixed on banner and not updated. How do I fix this problem so that the members who are really contributing get their recognition?

you dont really have any control over that - there is nothing you can do

there is a group on facebook, and u choose the photo you want and it goes onto your page then u tag yourself in them and its done (:
