Follow these steps:-
--Logging to your Facebook Account.
--Go to Facebook chat on the bottom right corner.
--Simply click on Setting(In ring format).
--Click on "Turn Off" .

Turn your Chat Off or If there is a Specific Person you Dont Want Seeing that your Online you Can Keep Chat on And Put Her or Him On the Exception List By Going to the Circle than Advance Chat Settings Than you Should See the Option From There
